Vox Pop ("we", "us", "our") is an engagement platform that enables content creators to collect voice responses from their audience. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

What We Collect

• Phone number — Used for SMS verification when submitting a voice reply. Your number is shared with the creator you are replying to.
• Audio recordings — Voice replies you submit are stored and made available to the creator who posted the prompt.
• Profile information — Display name, handle, and bio provided during onboarding.
• Usage data — Standard analytics such as page views and feature usage to improve the product.

How Creators Use Your Data

When you reply to a creator's prompt, they receive your phone number and audio recording. Creators may use this information to contact you about their content, include your audio in their productions, or build audience relationships. We require creators to handle your data responsibly, but each creator is independently responsible for their use of your information.

Your Rights

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time from your account settings. Creators can download the audio for any individual reply from their dashboard, and you can request a copy of the data we hold about you by contacting us.
