Embed on your site
The easiest way to collect replies is to put the recorder on your own website, where your listeners already go. The widget works on any site you can paste HTML into.
Paste the widget
Copy the embed snippet from a prompt and paste it into your page. It’s two lines of HTML with no build step, and it works on WordPress, Squarespace, Ghost, plain HTML, or anywhere else you can paste markup.
Auto-embeds (oEmbed)
Paste a prompt link into Slack, Discord, Notion or WordPress and it turns into a playable embed on its own, using oEmbed. No snippet needed.
For developers
The audio layer underneath Vox Pop is Antiphony, an open-source platform with its own documentation. A public Vox Pop API is planned. Until then, the widget and oEmbed are the supported ways to integrate.
